What you already have
We review what’s there, fix what’s causing problems and keep what’s working. Taking over from another IT provider is fine: we gather the access and the history, and switch over without disrupting anyone.
After setup
Looked after remotely, on a schedule.
Installed in person around Fairbanks, then managed from anywhere. Updates happen on time, monitoring tells us about trouble before you notice it, and you get a short report each month. When you need something, ask and we’ll handle it remotely.
How ongoing support works- Do we need a server, or can everything be in the cloud?
- It depends on your files, your internet connection and how your team works. We’ll recommend what fits and explain why, and we set up either.
- Can you work with what we already have?
- Yes. We review what’s there, fix what’s causing problems and keep what’s working. New equipment only where it earns its place.
- Can you take over from our current IT provider?
- Yes. We write down what you have, collect the access we need, and take over without disrupting your team.
- Do you run the cables?
- We plan the network and work with a cabling installer for the physical runs, then set up and configure everything.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on how many computers you have and what you’d like looked after. Tell us about your setup and we’ll quote it, as a one-off project or a monthly plan.
